As the General Manager of Tabbing Services, Noeline’s role predominantly focusses on the financials and general oversight of the company, however she’s also had a number of other roles in the business. Starting out as an Accounts Administrator, Estimator and Factory Production Manager, Noeline knows all the inner workings of Tabbing Services.
Noeline’s core role is to ensure that the amazing team at Tabbing Services are providing superior customer service and products that answer the needs of the customer. She describes the team as being like family so it is a pleasure for her to come to work every day.
Her philosophy to develop a tight-knit team is that everyone should be ready to help if the need arises. She will even jump on some of the machines in the factory, if necessary. Although that doesn’t happen too often these days.
Noeline loves the busy nature of Tabbing Services. Meeting daily deadlines means working at Tabbing Services is never boring. Every day is a little different with different print projects requiring their services. And the relationship with their sister company, Eamar Innovative Solutions, means they are always coming up with innovative solutions to solve clients’ problems, which has always kept work life very interesting.
Outside of work, you’ll find Noeline entertaining friends & family, or sitting down with a good cookbook. Married to her best friend, Chris, for the last 28 years, they have a very spoilt fur baby, a Chihuahua named Charlie. Charlie is also part of the Tabbing team and can be found “helping” his mum in the office.
Noeline and Chris love travelling and experiencing new places. Preferred destinations are close to home so that there isn’t a need to spend too long time on a plane. Favourite destinations are Perth & Melbourne for shopping and eating out.
Keeping fit and healthy is also a focus for Noeline, with Pilates sessions every week. She also spends plenty of time in the garden, taking inspiration from a visit to Bali to create the most amazing tropical garden.
