Most of you know Jo as the cheerful voice on the other end of the phone helping you to find a solution for your project. She responds to your phone, email and quote requests quickly and efficiently and always goes the extra mile to make sure you’re happy.
Jo has been working at Tabbing Services for over 25 years, starting out as a factory worker back in the days when most of the machines were manual. Jo has made herself an invaluable member of the team and is now our Production/ Office Manager.
Jo enjoys working at Tabbing Services, and the team have become like family. She feels grateful to have grown with the company but has never forgotten her roots. You can often find her helping in the factory to ease the pressure.
The most rewarding part of her job is the relationship with our clients, especially the long-standing clients that she has dealt with for over 20 years. She gets great satisfaction being able to help clients come up with solutions when clients need help with a project.
Outside of work, Jo enjoys going to the gym and taking long walks with friends to catchup on life. She has been with her husband Setu for 30 years and has 2 adult children, a 6-year-old grandson and a much-loved dog called Coco to keep her busy. She loves spending time with them, particularly her grandson, who she describes as her biggest hobby.
Her goals this year are to learn more about her Samoan heritage, starting with learning the language and to visit her favourite holiday destination, the Cook Islands, for the 6th time.
